Some casting news for Marvel’s upcoming Black Panther movie here. Joining Chadwick Boseman in a powerhouse ensemble that is literally almost full-to-bursting with exceptional actors so far will be Sterling K. Brown, who recently picked up an Emmy for his turn as Christopher Darden in The People V. O.J. Simpson.
Brown is set to play N’Jobu in the blockbuster superhero story “a figure from T’Challa aka Black Panther’s past”. That sounds incredibly ominous, but details are thin on the ground as to what the two men’s relationship might be.
Creed director Ryan Coogler has been doing a bang-up job of filling roles in the forthcoming Marvel adventure, and as Black Panther was one of our favourite additions to the Captain America: Civil War story, we’re getting very excited to see the whole thing come together on the big screen next year.
More on Black Panther as we get it.
