Doctor Who series 10 three-parter
Digital Spy has uncovered a hefty Doctor Who scoop. Toby Whithouse (who wrote Before The Flood and Under The Lake in series 9) revealed to the site that he’s part of a fairly large undertaking in series 10: a three-parter story.
When asked about his script for Doctor Who series 10, Whithouse said this: “Mine is the third part of a three-parter – Steven [Moffat, the showrunner]’s done the first one, Peter Harness did the second and I’ve done the third.
“It’s set modern-day… and I think anything more than that and Steven will come round and kick me in the shin!”
Digital Spy states that The Monks – the robe-wearing nasties from the trailers – will be at the centre of these episodes, and that they’ll be the sixth, seventh and eighth instalments of the series.
