Chances are that if you enjoyed the latest instalment of the Fast & Furious franchise in the cinema recently, and you collect the films to watch over and over, you’ll want to get your hands on a copy of Fast & Furious 8 (aka The Fate Of The Furious stateside).
If so, we have good news for you today, as the film is now expected to arrive on Blu-ray and DVD on July 11th in the US. While no UK release date has yet been confirmed – we’ll update you with that if it differs – it is up for pre-order on Amazon, etc, and we thought you might want to know the bonus features that have been lined up for the home release.
Without further ado, here’s the extra content you can expect on the discs (bear in mind these do tend to vary by territory and retailer):
Both a theatrical and a director’s cut
The Cuban Spirit – as the first major studio motion picture to shoot in Cuba in decades, the country’s effusive spirit permeates the making of the film.
In the Family – in The Fate Of The Furious, family ties are put to the ultimate test. Get an inside look at the family divide.
Car Culture – it’s time to put yourself in the driver’s seat of the supercharged vehicles showcased in The Fate of the Furious.
All About the Stunts – go behind the scenes to witness how The Fate Of The Furious accomplished the most epic stunts in franchise history.
Extended fight scenes
Feature commentary with director F. Gary Gray.
That’s your lot.
