The Gifted: first full trailer for X-Men TV series

After a massive pile of cast announcements (see page 2 of this article), production finally began last month on the new X-Men TV series, which is being brought to life by the Fox network and Burn Notice creator Matt Nix.

We know now that Nix’s series is going by the title The Gifted. The plot will follow a family with mutant children going on the run in a world where Sentinels exist. Stephen Moyer and Amy Acker play the parents in said family.

Here’s the first full-length trailer, followed by the brief teaser that preceded it…

This show, by the sounds of it, won’t be linked to Noah Hawley’s Dan Stevens-starring series Legion, which is housed at FX and was recently renewed for a second season.
